The Diecasting Technologies Center GmbH is a subsidiary
of Druckguss Heidenau GmbH. Further partners are the
Heidenauer Formen- und Werkzeugbau GmbH, the Foundry
Institute of the Freiberg University of Technology/Mining
Academy, the Otto von Guericke University of Magdeburg
as well as material and alloy developers that become
involved in specific projects.
By this merger, a pool of competence has been created
for the entire scope of Al/Mg diecasting technology
- from fundamental scientific research via material
and alloy development, machine, process and processing
technologies, tool development and mould design up to
diecasting manufacturing technology.
